It's true that climate change has occurred naturally throughout history. However, it's also true that the current pace and severity of climate change is largely due to human activity. We know that the burning of fossil fuels releases greenhouse gases into the atmosphere, which trap heat and lead to global warming. While we can't control the climate, we can certainly take action to mitigate the damage we're causing. Increasing environmental regulations and incentivizing alternative energy production are important steps in this direction.
