Terrorists are 99% of the time not American citizens, and if they are, they seek to harm and destroy not only the people of this country but also injure the well-being of the people by invoking fear. They do NOT deserve the protections offered by the Constitution if they are not willing to show respect, appreciation, and love for this country.

What if they are innocent but get in trouble because they didn’t have the right to a fair trial? Also, they are still people with worth even if they are guilty
@9FFZGTNRepublican8mos8MO
Giving foreign terrorist suspects constitutional rights would be a terrible idea. They would abuse those powers to try and gain control here in the United States.

While it's true that the acts of terrorism are despicable and terrifying, it's important to remember the principles our justice system is founded on. The presumption of innocence until proven guilty is a cornerstone of our legal system. This principle applies to everyone, regardless of their nationality or the crimes they're accused of. For instance, consider the case of Salim Hamdan, Osama bin Laden's former driver. He was held at Guantanamo Bay for a long time before finally getting a fair trial in the U.S. Supreme Court, which ruled his detention as unlawful. This case was a reminder that our justice system values fairness and the rule of law over fear and prejudice. What are your thoughts on this? How can we balance national security with the need to uphold our legal principles?
@9FFBR8H8mos8MO
Terrorism has cost to many lives for people to have a yes position. You are not smart if you say yes to Terrorism.
@9FB2NX78mos8MO
The American government has to protect its own people, those at war with America and its culture do not deserve tights.
@9L7H5F3 2mos2MO
The bill of rights refers to those protected under them as the people and every one is a person so they are under the bill of rights protection so there for, it is unconstitutional to deny foreigners their rights
@9F7GTDQRepublican8mos8MO
Terrorists are not entitled to possess the same constitutional rights as the rest of the citizens in the U.S. They're criminal-minded individuals who seek to invoke fear, anxiety, and terror among the people of this country. They do not support the well-being or safety of this nation or its inhabitants, and therefore, they do not deserve constitutional protections/rights.
@9FG653PRepublican8mos8MO
No, those suspected of terrorism are those suspected of directly trying to harm the country and its citizens. So therefore why should they then be allowed to identify as American and then vote within our country. It doesn’t make sense.
@9FG2Q2R8mos8MO
While they are suspected of terrorism, this does leave the question of evidence and intent. If they had or did terrorism in the U.S. then I believe that no is the correct answer, as they should not be treated as a human.

Being tried in a courtroom means you have jury witch means you have the other rights in the bill of rights
@9F8FP6T8mos8MO
Rights that are inalienable are the Right of every citizen of the planet, in the context of our country. If we are going to try them for an injustice against us we should at least prove our system balanced by permitting the same Rights to them regardless of their beliefs about it. That is a balanced and Just outcome of their actions regardless of the result.
@9FJ9NCFRepublican8mos8MO
If given rights, these terrorists may harm others and abuse the liberties given to them. They must be restrained until they prove their integrity.

Once a Terroristic attack is committed, you forfeited your human right when you took away the dead's human rights
@9F8RYD48mos8MO
I understand that they are still people, but do you really want someone who is suspected to commit crimes on united states soil who isn't from the united states to have the same rights and freedoms as you?
@9F78B3PRepublican8mos8MO
Terrorism must be stopped in America and we must ensure our country stays safe from foreign influence.
@9FCPFPB8mos8MO
I'm from Boston, I witnessed the marathon bombing in 2013. I witnessed the death and violence caused by terrorists in my city and I believe terrorists and terrorist suspects should NEVER have constitutional rights.Not only should they have no rights, but they should all be brought to justice. With regard to suspects, it depends how strongly they are suspected and what connections they have. They should not be given any constitutional rights.
@9C7PN2J12mos12MO
Basic Human Rights still apply to every single Human.
Also US War Criminals should finally be tried in Den Haag for comitting terrorism abroad.
